I’m Natasha – your Therapeutic Coach at Head2Heart Connection. I’m here to help guide you to have more emotional flexibility, freedom and connection. By exploring, understanding and integrating your big, tricky, prickly and uncomfortable emotions.
I have been working with parents, children, and teachers for over 20 years to support them in various community and secular education settings. I hold a Master’s degree in Education and a Master’s in Teaching from University College of London. I’m also a qualified coach and certified Neuro-Linguistic Practitioner as well as being trained in humanistic integrative counselling and Transactional Analysis. I blend a therapeutic approach with my coaching to help you unearth what is stuck or hidden beneath the surface. As well as running my private practice, I am a PhD Researcher at the Centre of Excellence for Mental Health in Schools at Carnegie School of Education, where I focus on the mental health and well-being of school children. My ongoing research in mental health and education further informs my coaching practice and enables me to provide evidence-based practice to those I support.
I can support you to create change in your thinking, feeling and doing, to nurture the relationships you truly want.
If you are struggling to show up as the person you want to be; if you struggle to show yourself kindness and compassion – then I’m here for you. My work is designed to help you…
BE more connected – to yourself and those around you.
BECOME the person you really want to be – find your true, authentic self.
BELONG to yourself again – understand yourself inside and out.
As well as working 1:1 with adults, I can help children to grow confident and comfortable with who they are, build resilience and become the change-makers of the future.
I provide a safe and interactive environment both in my 1:1 coaching and group workshops to empower them to explore and take action in a supported way.
I continue to take my own journey within so that I can support you and your family to begin your journey from the inside out.
Remember, your emotions are valid, and embracing them is the first step towards personal growth and fulfilment.
Natasha's approach helped me deal with my problems. Two years on I still use the tools learnt as a mother, as a wife and a manager. Natasha made me feel comfortable to share and really listened.
AnonymousNatasha's organisation and communication skills are excellent. This developmental group really helped me turn around my life and that's because of Natasha's advice.
KirpaI am so grateful for finding the group and for meeting Natasha. Thank you for everything you have given me.
AnonymousIf ever the conversations started moving in a different direction, Natasha knew how to gently nudge it back on the right track. Natasha has a wealth of knowledge and experiences to share.

RupalI would like to thank you for taking me through this process. The whole process was like a journey unfolding bit by bit, like peeling an onion and finding myself.
SultanaYou are a brilliant coach and mentor! I learnt a lot from your approach, attitude and natural ability to engage deep and navigate with high emotional intelligence. Thank you!
KhairunissaIt has been a wonderful experience as a parent to see our 13 year old son go on his mentoring journey with Natasha. With family challenges, the difficult times of COVID, starting secondary school and just embarking on the normal teenage challenges, his sessions with Natasha have provided him with a safe space for self discovery, challenge and development. She has given him encouragement, confidence and the tools that will enable him to grow, question, goal set and be willing to try new things. All this is a great foundation for a teen to be authentic to himself and live his best life possible – Thank you Natasha.
Amy PWhen faced with a situation that was tearing our family apart and causing so much distress plus physical and emotional exhaustion we asked Natasha to support us. She listened, challenged and allowed us the space to work separately and together to find our solution. She gave us the confidence to do what we knew we had to do for our family and allowed us to refocus, reframe and reconnect with our lives and family. Her kindness, skills, professionalism and genuine love of what she does is something everyone should have the chance to experience. We are still on our journey but Natasha supported us to set ourselves free – Thank you.
Amp & Luke PNatasha has been so engaged and switched on right from the start. Natasha was chosen to work with our charity members therefore as an organisation investing in this we wanted to see commitment, professionalism and initiative. She took all the time that was needed to communicate with us and build a relationship. We were not disappointed! So much that we extended the life skills course for our participants! These are individuals with a neuro developmental condition needing a bespoke approach to tackle their challenges. Natasha delivered superbly! The reviews the participants gave were exceptional- they built up their confidence in communication, managing their emotions, and most important test we saw them taking on new challenges! As the Chair of the charity and seeing what Natasha achieved with our participants, i would highly recommend her skills and expertise!
Aspa PNatasha says she is a seed- trying to grow evolve and heal the world one person at a time. I would argue that she is the ocean raging, roaring. The sun shining bright and warm. The greatest tree whose branches and leaves offer solace, peace, cool and calm. Natasha has a really beautiful way of making you see the world in a way you couldn’t have imagined. She has helped me realise so much about my true self and I am so grateful. Both my daughter and I have been seeing Natasha since early this year and I can not begin to explain the change in my child. Having struggled with lockdown we both were drowning in unexplainable emotions And in a dark dark place. But with Natasha’s help we are finding each other and becoming closer every day. It’s like a second chance. I am so so grateful. Thank you so much for giving me my daughter back. And giving her back her lost confidence. I can’t put a value to what you have done for us. Ever-grateful, our inner children.
Shivali MMy 13 year old son had a challenging time starting secondary school in the middle of the pandemic and developed some social anxiety. Felix was very comfortable opening up to Natasha and he was able to nurture his relationships with his peers after working with her. It was a positive experience for us both and would thoroughly recommend her to other parents with children feeling a little lost in life.
Zaya GI was fortunate to work with Natasha at a life transition stage. Over the weeks we worked together, Natasha helped me to reframe the inner voices holding me back, and look at my next steps with excitement rather than fear. Thank you Natasha.
Jo GNatasha has been wonderful in helping and guiding my daughter in a explorative and gentle way. She has helped her feel empowered and given her tools to manage difficult situations and emotions herself. My daughter looks forward to connecting with Natasha each week and I have seen the positive, confident and calming change in my daughter as a result of these sessions. Natasha’s intuition, knowledge and compassion helps not just my daughter but the whole family. Thank you
