The Inside Out Parenting®️ With Purpose Programme

The Parenting with Purpose Programme is a journey of self mastery that invites you to explore and examine how you feel, think and behave in sync with your highest values. Supporting you to evaluate, align and orient your parenting style to the model values and virtues you wish to nurture in your child.

The parenting with P.U.R.P.O.S.E. programme will empower you to:​

  • Recognise your strengths and build your resiliency as a parent.
  • Identify your triggers.
  • Understand how to regulate your emotions.
  • Cultivate deep listening.
  • Raise conscious children who can stand the pressure around them
  • Identify and instil critical character traits that empower children to be kind, resilient and robust.
  • Apply practical lessons that can support you to build congruent relationship filled with deep connection.
