Being Congruent
Being congruent requires creating awareness and space to connect to our own inner experiences when we feel challenged by our children’s behaviour.
It can provide some understanding as to how our actions hamper the loving relationship we want to have with our children. Being conscious of our own triggers allows us greater choice and flexibility in how we respond to our children and their needs.
